Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@hopeafter50.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will not be accepted unless they have been requested and authorized by our team in advance.

Please note that all digital downloads (including printable affirmation cards, journals, planners, calendars, workbooks, and e-books) are non-refundable. Due to the instant-access nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the file has been delivered.

Items fulfilled through print-on-demand (including T-shirts, hats, bags, and accessories) are custom-made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. We will, however, replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or defective.
